One of the main points we intend to make with our Touché, Ethical Garments Collection - we’re not our beliefs… Our mind is a little cheeky monkey - what we tell it, is what we happen to believe. Yet, we’re not it. We’re not our thoughts and we’re not our negative beliefs. This garment piece is here to remind you to stop yourself when you get into the spiral of your negative beliefs and annoyances.

One important point tho - No, we don’t believe life is all and only about being positive. Sh*t happens, we shall cry, scream, embrace the feeling we’re feeling and move on. Yet, blaming ourselves for something & filling our minds with judgments is another thing, which we most definitely don’t need. Even more so during these times when life is challenging enough.

We won’t stop the stream, but we can learn how to surrender to it. One of my personal favourites, of our Touché, Ethical Garments Collection. Something that I constantly need a reminder of. Surrender, let go of the oars and let life take you where you need to go. 🌊

It’s not really what happens to us, but how we react to it that makes us who we are. That differentiates us from others and whatever we do, we shall be responsible for our actions. And then life feels so liberating and we become the creators of our own choices.

The grass grows where you water it 🚿
Yes, you know it - when we want a beautiful garden, we need to take care of it, nourish it, water it, keep checking in, maybe sometimes even sing to it :) And just like that when we want to evolve, feel grounded, go through life with lightness - we need to do the work. We need to look at our patterns, our old beliefs and we need to get ourselves a good amount of self care and love.

Anyone feeling a little of new year blues & some uncertainty about what’s coming? It’s all good, even better than good, it’s what we’re supposed to feel and it’s all happening for a reason.

When we really surrender to life and acknowledge that every single thing is happening in our favour, teaching us a lesson and helping us grow, life becomes much more simple & enjoyable.
