Quantum Flow is a powerful and transformative practice that blends breathwork, conscious movement, sound, and intention to help participants reconnect with their true essence.

How did quantum flow change my life?
I’ve trained as a practitioner and worked with the quantum flow for the last 18 months. As life itself it’s a never-ending journey of discovery and evolution, and it’s so exciting…
The practice constantly helps me balance my structure and my flow, brings me alive and unattached to the outcomes and connects me with my soul and with creating anything I do from this place. (do I always do it? holy no, I still catch myself in the wanting rather than allowing) yet I catch myself sooner, and I transform it quicker.
Part of this journey is my calling for service – supporting others to feel this authenticity, aliveness, inner freedom, and love for self and to create the life they envision because we’re all meant to thrive and do what brings us alive, fully grounded on the earth, with the frequency of heaven.

The breathing exercises and the movement relieved a lot of tension in my body and I fell invigorated at the end. It felt a bit like meditation. I will try to use those breathing exercises more regularly though I think especially whenever I feel stressed and not in control of my body.

I must say my body needed that! I had a most deep and restful sleep last night! I could feel my body nicely worked out without being too strained and my body was tingling at certain points (really came alive), while at the same time, I loved that we ended off with such a soothing wind-down.
