It’s not about being right or wrong, or having one universal truth.
It’s not about seeing for approval.
It’s really purely about expressing ourselves, in a kind and honourable way, because our truth matters.
By speaking our truth we inspire each other to see more sides of life and open our hearts to acceptance.

I used to be a person holding back from speaking my truth. Because I was afraid to hurt others, by saying something in a way they don’t relate to. By being too happy or by being too vulnerable…
Yes, our truth can be painful sometimes yet more importantly it can be very liberating.
It means we trust ourselves or/& anyone else that they’ll handle it. They will accept that’s our truth and they’ll hold space for us, or change their mind or agree to disagree…
And if they won’t they’re just not meant to be in our lives for now and it’s all ok.
